Our Outreach
Four weekly outreaches. Die Moot streets. Food, clothing, blankets, Bible distribution, and active support for rehabilitation.
Feeding and Essentials (2× Weekly)
Twice a week, our volunteers prepare and distribute hot meals, soup, and bread to homeless individuals and families in Die Moot. Food is the first step — it meets an immediate physical need and opens the door for genuine relationship.
Clothing and Winter Warmth
Alongside meals, we distribute clean clothes, warm jackets, socks, beanies, and blankets. Pretoria winters are harsh, and having a warm jacket or a dry blanket is a matter of basic human survival for those living rough.
Evangelism and Bibles (2× Weekly)
During our two weekly evangelism and discipleship outreaches, we share hope through the Gospel. We distribute Bibles (Gospels of John and Romans) and colorful, laminated scripture verse cards to bring spiritual nourishment to the streets.
Elderly Care and Home Visits
We deliver monthly food parcels to elderly, disabled, and isolated residents in the community who cannot leave their homes. These visits provide essential nutrition and vital human connection to those who might otherwise be forgotten.
How we got here.
Early 2024
The First Step
Heart Creations began as a personal conviction — one person deciding to walk the streets of Die Moot with food and conversation. No organisation. No plan. Just presence.
Mid 2024
First Volunteers Join
Friends and church members began joining the Tuesday outreaches. What started as one person became a small team of committed volunteers.
2025
Elderly Support Begins
The outreach expanded to include monthly food parcel deliveries to elderly and disabled residents in Die Moot and surrounding areas who cannot access the street outreach.
Early 2026
NPC Registration
Heart Creations registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) with the CIPC — NPC: 2026/149926/08 — formalising the work for transparency and accountability.
Late 2026
Growing Every Week
Now serving 277+ meals monthly, supporting 18 elderly/disabled individuals, and running 5 active outreach programmes — all powered by volunteers and donor generosity.
