Heart Creations was born in Die Moot from a simple conviction: faith without action is noise. Every Tuesday, rain or shine, our team walks the streets of Die Moot — not with sermons, but with soup. Not with judgement, but with jackets. Not with distance, but with dignity.
We believe the streets of Pretoria don't need more programmes. They need more presence. Consistent, compassionate, Christ-centred presence that shows up — week after week, month after month, year after year.

Feeding and Essentials
We prepare and distribute hot meals, soup, and bread twice weekly to homeless individuals, elderly residents, and families in need across Die Moot.
